My idea is to show people that you can enjoy the foods you have always liked by understanding the law of calorie balance and having a calorie budget for “Your” life. Fitness should be part of your life and not all of your life. There isn’t a bad food as much as having a bad budget of calories of the foods you eat. Weights don’t make you big but having too many calories certainly will. The goal is to teach people that they can’t out train a bad calorie budget and that you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to have the body of their dreams.
