Strive 55 is a functional strength based HIIT Group Training program designed by our very own team here at Strive Athletic Club. This functional training program consists of ten stations and three rounds at each station, that are designed to give you a full body workout you won’t forget! Our knowledgeable coaching staff guide and motivate each of our participants through the workout, while critiquing form and assisting with alternative workouts for those experiencing any difficulties.
With our medically advised warm ups, cool downs, and recovery lab, we put our athletes in the best position to avoid workout related injuries, and fast track the recuperation process! Our daily revised program is designed for each athlete to work at their own pace, as well as progress their body’s work capacity, strength, conditioning, and mobility. Equipping each athlete with a Myzone activity belt helps our coaches monitor each participant’s heart rate and overall workload, in order to help ensure the safety of our members, as well as track their daily progression

This class is open to all levels. It will challenge those experienced yogis but will also help new participants learn how to practice yoga. Stretch and strengthen using traditional Yoga strength training to increase sports endurance, and longer held stretching to reduce injury.
